The First Guardian Of Avalon

The road was long, the journey weary
From dawn to dusk I traveled
Through forests thick and dimly lit
Through yonder dales, o’er mountains high
In search of a mystical place
A legend oft heard of yet seldom found
My quest for Avalon had begun.
... And through the mists of yonder bay
A stoic figure stands partly hidden,
As day slowly fades into night.
What challenges lay ahead
To test me mentally and physically?
How many guardians will I encounter?
Before I gain entrance to Avalon.

 Hello Bill :) I've not been around at all this week but stopped in this evening and did a quick scan of devs ...... did not even fav any along the way as, well, taking a break as you know. I did see that you had published this here in DA though and so could not leave without taking a peek ;)

I like what you have done with this and you are too kind to include me in the "collaboration" as I only ever wrote a couple of lines I believe way back when we spoke of this idea. I am so sorry, I've not had time to work on it (you may have noticed a marked lack of art too recently!).

I think I missed the edit on August 23??? Not sure how, but I do not remember seeing it on my watch but that may have been my fault with all the faving and running I've had to do for a long time now (my brain just does not register some things, uck).

Any who ..... as I said earlier I like what you've done. If I get the chance, I might play with it but don't expect anything soon (lol) .....

Battling something yet to be determined which saps my energy (not that I've had a lot of that for a very long time) ...... but making progress on this house of ours. I painted the bedroom ceiling yesterday (god I wish I was fitter) and today got two of the four walls that make up a room completed ..... the other two tomorrow. It's looking really wonderful ;)

Hope all is going well in your corner of the globe dearest friend ....... speak soon!

Blessings, Love & Light

~Pam~ :blowkiss:
